Shipping Policy
Order confirmation dispatch transit and delivery
This Shipping Policy explains the standard delivery process for Products ordered through official Company channels. It applies unless an order confirmation, dealer document or product-specific written agreement states a different delivery arrangement.
Delivery timeline
Order confirmation
We aim to confirm a complete eligible order within a maximum of 5 calendar days after receipt of the order and required payment, documents, verification or finance approval.
Preparation and transit
After confirmation, the Product is allocated, prepared and handed to the relevant delivery channel. Transit depends on product type, destination, road access, carrier capacity, registration needs and local conditions.
Overall shipment target
Our standard target is delivery within 30 calendar days from order confirmation. This is a target, not a guaranteed delivery date, unless a written order document expressly confirms a guaranteed date.
Tracking and handover
Where tracking is available, we will share it using the contact details supplied with the order. For dealer-delivered machinery, the authorised dealer may coordinate delivery and handover.
Inspection at delivery
Inspect visible packaging damage, missing items and apparent transit damage at delivery or as soon as reasonably possible. Record visible issues on the delivery document and report them promptly with photographs when available.
Delays changes and failed delivery
Severe weather, road restrictions, strikes, supply-chain disruption, regulatory requirements, local access restrictions, incorrect customer details and other events outside reasonable control may delay confirmation, dispatch or delivery. We will use reasonable efforts to provide updates. Address or contact changes after confirmation may delay delivery and may not be possible once a Product is in transit.
If delivery cannot be completed because the address, contact details, access or authorised recipient is unavailable, we may contact you to arrange another attempt. Reasonable re-delivery, storage or return charges may apply only where permitted by law and disclosed before charging.
